This extraordinary demi parure set is very hard to find and from an extremely limited production during only a 2 year period in the early 1960's. The short-lived line, Amourelle, was introduced in 1963, made by Kramer and designed by Frank Hess, who had become famous as the head designer for Miriam Haskell for more than 30 years prior. This highly collectible demi parure set was one of Amourelle’s few artistic creations that was produced between this 2 year window the company existed.

The set is very versatile. The large statement necklace pendent is removable and doubles as a brooch. You can wear the 4-strand choker necklace alone without the pendant/brooch or simply clip it onto the necklace and you have a bold haute couture statement necklace. Both styles with matching earrings!

All pieces feature lovely (imitation) pearls with a silvery platinum color finish intermixed with heavy gold plated beads, leaves and other golden design accents.

The choker necklace measures approximately 16" long. The pendant / brooch measures 3-5/8" long. The earrings measure 2-1/4" long.

Signed "Amourelle" with the copyright symbol on the back of the brooch / pendant and both earrings.

There is a very fine wire reinforcement on the back of the brooch weaved through the filigree. There is another small reinforcement in between 2 beads facing the back of the brooch on both of the dangles. Please see the last picture.
