1920's Czechoslovakian Hoffmann Perfume Bottle
This is a rare 1920's Czechoslovakian Heinrich Hoffmann rectangular clear crystal perfume bottle featuring 2 raised and frosted kneeling nude nymphs on both sides of the bottle.
Please note this bottle is filled with colored water NOT perfume and will arrive empty.
Those who are familiar with Hoffmann's hidden butterfly mark, you will find it on the right corner behind the woman's heel.
The last photo is taken from the 2017 Perfume Bottle Auction Catalogue showing the same bottle in green malachite crystal, valued at $3,000-$4000. It sold for $5100 in May 2017.
No chips or cracks. The dauber has broken off. A few slight flea bites. When you run your finger along the edges of the center panel there is slight roughness, but the outer edges are remarkably clean. There is one ever so tiny nick or flea bite on the inside edge where the stopper fits. Some scratches on the bottom visible at certain angles and with a lot of light.
